Welcome to Tromsø Gift & Souvenir Shop!

Here you will find one of Norway’s best selections of gifts and souvenirs. We are an independent family-owned store, which means that we can offer a wide variety of goods delivered to us by more than 50 different vendors. We sell high quality goods made locally in Northern Norway and Sápmi. As a sámi-owned store we are especially proud to offer sámi products of high quality. We have products made out of reindeer horn and wood, a well as a good selection of sámi silver from well-known Sámi silversmiths. We also sell beautiful glass art, made locally here in Tromsø.

In addition, we also have the typical souvenirs you expect to find in a souvenir shop, and then some!

We are sure you will be able to find something nice here, should it be a present for yourself or someone else.
We would love to use our experience to help you find something for you or your friends.

Come visit our unique shop!

Our story

It all started in 1999 when Hovard won the lottery, and decided to use the money to open his own shop.

Tromsø Gift & Souvenir Shop is the oldest souvenir shop in Tromsø. The proud owner Hovard Guttormsen opened the shop in 1999 — under the name Little Big Horn. Back then, the store was a niche store with unique products from South America and Bali, along with goods made by Native American peoples. As the years have passed, the store has become the gift and souvenir shop it is today. In June of 2014 we expanded the store to be able to offer even more types of goods. Today we are one of the most visited souvenir shops in Scandinavia.
